- Introduction
Welcome to KidsYay.
These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the KidsYay website, digital products, downloadable materials, online tools, subscription plans, credit system, and related services.
By accessing the website, creating an account, purchasing a product, starting a trial, subscribing to a plan, using KidsYay Credits, or downloading any content, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you must not use the website or services.

- Eligibility and Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age required to enter into a binding agreement in your country to create an account, make a purchase, or subscribe to a paid plan.
KidsYay provides educational materials that may be used with children, but accounts and purchases must be managed by an adult, parent, legal guardian, teacher, educator, or authorized organization representative.
Children must not independently create accounts, provide payment information, or purchase services through KidsYay.
- User Accounts
Certain features may require you to create an account.
When creating and using an account, you agree to:
• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Keep your login information confidential
• Maintain the security of your account
• Notify KidsYay promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization
• Accept responsibility for activities performed through your account
You may not share, sell, transfer, rent, sublicense, or provide your account to another person unless your subscription plan specifically allows multiple users.
KidsYay may suspend or restrict accounts that contain false information, are used fraudulently, violate these Terms and Conditions, or create security risks.
- Digital Products and Services
KidsYay may offer:
• Printable worksheets
• Educational activities
• Digital books and educational resources
• PDF files
• ZIP files and downloadable product bundles
• Online generators and educational tools
• Subscription-based services
• Credit-based downloads
• Individually purchased digital products
Product descriptions, previews, file formats, page counts, grade levels, license information, prices, and credit requirements may be displayed on the relevant product page.
You are responsible for reviewing the product description and technical requirements before completing a purchase or using KidsYay Credits.
- Digital Delivery
KidsYay products are generally delivered electronically.
After successful payment or credit redemption, the applicable download button, file, account access, or service may become available through your KidsYay account, confirmation page, or email.
Delivery may occasionally be delayed because of:
• Payment verification
• Security reviews
• Technical problems
• Server or storage interruptions
• Incorrect account information
• Events outside the reasonable control of KidsYay
If you complete a purchase but cannot access the purchased product, contact info@kidsyay.com.
- Prices, Payments, and Taxes
Prices are displayed on the website before purchase.
KidsYay may offer monthly subscriptions, annual subscriptions, lifetime plans, individual products, product bundles, additional credit packages, promotional prices, discounts, and free trials.
The final price, billing period, applicable taxes, currency, included credits, and payment terms will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment processors. KidsYay may not directly receive or store complete payment card information.
You agree to provide valid and authorized payment information and authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the displayed amount.
You are responsible for taxes, bank fees, currency conversion charges, or other charges imposed by your payment provider or local authorities, except where KidsYay is legally required to collect and remit those amounts.
- Subscription Plans
KidsYay may offer recurring monthly or annual subscription plans.
The features, credit allowance, number of permitted users, billing period, usage limits, and price of each plan will be displayed on the relevant subscription or checkout page.
Unless otherwise stated before purchase, paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period until canceled.
By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize KidsYay and its payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fee using your selected payment method at each renewal.
Subscription prices and features may change. Where required by applicable law, users will receive reasonable advance notice before a material price change applies to a future renewal.
A price change will not retroactively change charges that have already been paid.
- Free Trials
KidsYay may offer free or reduced-price trial periods for certain subscription plans.
The trial duration, included credits, limitations, renewal price, and billing date will be displayed before the trial begins.
Unless otherwise stated during registration, a trial may automatically convert into a paid subscription when the trial period ends.
You must cancel the subscription before the trial expires to avoid the first paid subscription charge.
A person, household, business, organization, payment method, or account may be limited to one trial. KidsYay may cancel or reject trial access where repeated accounts, false details, or attempts to misuse a trial are detected.
- Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription through the available account or subscription-management area or by contacting info@kidsyay.com.
Cancellation normally prevents future renewal charges. Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated on the applicable plan page, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period.
You may continue using the applicable paid features until the end of that billing period, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Deleting your account does not necessarily cancel an active subscription. You should cancel the subscription separately before requesting account deletion.
You are responsible for canceling before the next billing date if you do not want the subscription to renew.
- KidsYay Credits
KidsYay may use a credit system that allows eligible users to access or download selected digital products.
Credits may be:
• Included in a free account
• Included in a paid subscription
• Provided during a trial
• Purchased separately
• Granted as part of a promotion, refund, correction, or customer-support action
The number of credits required for a product will be displayed before redemption.
Unless otherwise expressly stated:
• Credits have no cash value
• Credits cannot be exchanged for money
• Credits cannot be sold or transferred to another account
• Credits may only be used within KidsYay
• Redeeming credits is not the same as purchasing ownership of the underlying intellectual property
Any credit expiration, renewal, rollover, or usage limitation will be stated on the relevant plan, promotion, product, or checkout page.
Credits obtained fraudulently, through payment disputes, system errors, unauthorized transactions, or violations of these Terms and Conditions may be removed.
KidsYay may restore credits when a download fails because of a verified technical error.
- Refunds and Digital Content
Because KidsYay provides digital products that may become immediately accessible, downloadable, or usable after purchase, completed digital purchases may not always qualify for a refund.
Except where applicable law requires otherwise, refunds may be refused when:
• A digital file has already been downloaded or accessed
• A digital product has been unlocked using credits
• A substantial part of a digital service has already been provided
• The purchase was made accidentally but the product was subsequently accessed or used
• The user changed their mind after receiving the digital content
• The user lacks compatible software or equipment despite the file format being clearly stated
Refunds or replacement files may be considered when:
• The purchased file is materially defective
• The delivered product is substantially different from its description
• The same purchase was charged more than once
• The user was charged after a properly submitted subscription cancellation
• The product cannot be delivered because of a verified KidsYay technical problem
• Applicable consumer law requires a refund
Where required by law, KidsYay may request your express consent to begin supplying digital content immediately and your acknowledgment that beginning the digital delivery may affect or end your statutory withdrawal right.
Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer rights available under applicable law.
- Intellectual Property Rights
The KidsYay website, brand name, logos, website design, software, text, graphics, product previews, templates, educational resources, downloadable files, databases, and other content are owned by KidsYay or used with permission from the relevant rights holder.
These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Purchasing or downloading a product does not transfer ownership of its intellectual property rights to you.
You receive only the limited usage rights described in these Terms and Conditions, on the product page, or in any separate license included with the product.
- Product and Content License
Unless a different license is clearly stated on the relevant product page or inside the downloaded product, KidsYay grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use purchased or unlocked content for:
• Personal use
• Home education
• Your own classroom
• Educational instruction
• Internal use within the limits of your subscription plan
You may print reasonable copies for your own students or children when permitted by the applicable product license.
A single-user license does not permit sharing a product with other teachers, classrooms, schools, organizations, customers, or unrelated individuals.
Team, school, community, or organization use is permitted only when covered by an appropriate multi-user plan or written license.
- Prohibited Uses
Unless KidsYay provides prior written permission or the product includes a license expressly allowing such use, you may not:
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or commercially share KidsYay products
• Upload purchased files to another website, marketplace, cloud folder, social media group, or file-sharing platform
• Share download links or account credentials with unauthorized users
• Claim KidsYay products as your own original work
• Remove copyright notices, watermarks, trademarks, or ownership information
• Convert, reproduce, or modify products primarily for resale or redistribution
• Include KidsYay files in another digital product, membership, bundle, course, app, or subscription
• Use automated systems to download products in excessive quantities
• Scrape, copy, extract, or reproduce substantial parts of the website or product database
• Circumvent credit requirements, payment systems, download limits, account restrictions, or security measures
• Use the website for fraudulent, illegal, abusive, or harmful purposes
Free products are also protected by these restrictions unless a separate license states otherwise.
- Online Tools and Generated Materials
KidsYay may provide online tools that allow users to create worksheets, puzzles, educational activities, PDFs, or other materials.
You are responsible for the words, names, images, instructions, information, and other content you enter into these tools.
You must not enter or generate content that:
• Violates another person’s intellectual property rights
• Contains unlawful, defamatory, abusive, discriminatory, or harmful material
• Contains malware or malicious code
• Reveals personal information without proper authorization
• Exploits or endangers children
• Violates applicable laws or regulations
Unless otherwise stated for a particular tool, materials generated through KidsYay may be used for personal, classroom, or internal educational purposes.
Commercial use, resale, mass distribution, publication, or inclusion in products offered through external marketplaces may require a separate commercial license. The applicable tool page or license terms will control.
- User Content
You retain ownership of original content that you lawfully submit to KidsYay.
You grant KidsYay a limited license to process, store, reproduce, and transmit that content only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the requested service.
You confirm that you have the legal right to submit the content and that its use by KidsYay will not violate the rights of another person.
KidsYay may remove content that violates these Terms and Conditions or creates legal, security, or safety concerns.
- Service Availability
KidsYay aims to provide reliable access but does not guarantee that the website, downloads, tools, accounts, storage systems, or subscription features will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
KidsYay may temporarily restrict access for:
• Maintenance
• Updates
• Security protection
• Technical repairs
• Hosting or storage interruptions
• Legal or regulatory requirements
• Events outside the reasonable control of KidsYay
KidsYay may update, replace, discontinue, or modify features and products. Material changes affecting paid subscriptions will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
- Third-Party Services and Links
KidsYay may use or link to third-party services, including payment processors, hosting providers, cloud-storage services, analytics services, email providers, and external websites.
Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
KidsYay is not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, content, or practices of independent third-party websites or services, except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
- Privacy
The collection and processing of personal information are governed by the KidsYay Privacy Policy.
By using KidsYay, you acknowledge that your personal information may be processed as described in the Privacy Policy and in accordance with applicable data-protection laws.
- Account Suspension and Termination
KidsYay may suspend, restrict, or terminate an account when there is reasonable evidence of:
• Fraud or unauthorized payment activity
• Account or file sharing
• Copyright infringement
• Resale or redistribution of KidsYay products
• Abuse of trials, credits, promotions, refunds, or downloads
• Attempts to bypass technical or security restrictions
• Illegal or harmful activity
• A serious or repeated violation of these Terms and Conditions
Where reasonably possible and legally appropriate, KidsYay may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the violation.
Termination does not remove payment obligations or legal responsibilities that arose before termination.
- Disclaimer of Warranties
KidsYay provides educational resources and tools for general educational and informational purposes.
KidsYay does not guarantee that:
• Every product will meet every user’s individual expectations
• Use of a product will produce a specific educational, financial, professional, or commercial result
• Every resource will be appropriate for every student, classroom, curriculum, country, or educational system
• The website will always be available without interruption or error
Teachers, parents, guardians, and educators remain responsible for reviewing materials and determining whether they are suitable for their students or children.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website, services, and content are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KidsYay will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
• Use or inability to use the website or services
• Loss of files, data, revenue, profits, opportunities, or business
• Reliance on educational content
• Unauthorized access to an account caused by the user’s failure to protect login information
• Third-party services or external websites
• Temporary interruptions or technical failures
Where liability cannot legally be excluded, KidsYay’s total liability relating to a specific purchase or service will not exceed the amount paid by the user for the product or service giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
- Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to compensate KidsYay for reasonable losses, claims, liabilities, and expenses resulting from:
• Your unlawful use of the services
• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Content you upload or submit
• Your infringement of another person’s intellectual property or legal rights
This section does not apply where the loss was caused by KidsYay’s own unlawful conduct or where applicable consumer law prohibits such an obligation.
- Changes to These Terms
KidsYay may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in:
• Services and products
• Subscription plans
• Technology
• Payment systems
• Security practices
• Business operations
• Applicable laws and regulations
The updated Terms and Conditions will be published on the website with a revised effective date.
Where required by applicable law, KidsYay will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
Continued use of the services after the updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those terms, except where separate express consent is legally required.
- Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Disputes relating to these Terms and Conditions will be submitted to the competent courts and authorities in Istanbul, Türkiye, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws give you the right to bring a claim before another court, authority, consumer arbitration committee, or dispute-resolution body.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions removes mandatory consumer rights available in your country of residence.
- Severability
If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to remain valid and enforceable.
The invalid provision will be interpreted or replaced as closely as legally possible to reflect its original purpose.
- Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, product descriptions, plan details, checkout information, and any product-specific license, form the agreement between you and KidsYay regarding use of the services.
If a product-specific license conflicts with the general licensing sections of these Terms and Conditions, the product-specific license will apply to that product.
